“I’m going to provide some backstory to this review as it is relevant—I am writing this review two months late because of how crazy life has been during the pandemic and moving across the country with three small kids. We did our research and decided upon Gina and her team; we could not have made a better decision for this huge life decision. The entire process was a whirlwind, and we did listen to Gina’s recommendations throughout the process—even when we had our doubts. We trusted her completely, and as a result, we sold our house in five days and OVER asking price! Gina and her team were always there to answer questions, give us honest answers even when anxiety was at its peak, and really make an incredibly stressful experience as smooth as it could be. Unfortunately, the Texas Freeze hit only one week before closing—Gina was there as soon as possible coordinating with the buyer’s agent and contractors to ensure that all repairs from a broken pipe were completely fixed in record time! Even with this natural disaster hitting at the worst possible time, we still closed within a week of our original date! I can say that Gina is professional, honest, upbeat, and an expert at what she does. She also treated us like family and made sure that even our small children were comfortable during this process. I highly recommend Gina and her team if you are selling your house—she is the absolute BEST.

I saw this home online and called Gina to let her know I was interested. We went to visit the home and Gina was able to get maximum incentives for me which was 2% towards closing cost to buy down my interest rate, refrigerator and blinds. Along with that, another $7,220 off their asking price. She helped me get an excellent inspector to inspect the home and was with me at the intro walk and final walk and closing to make sure all went well for me. I would highly recommend her!
